Something Special for Me Fashions accepts secure payments via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard

Return Policy & Exchange Policy:

  1. You may return unused, unworn, unwashed and must be received in new condition within 30 days from delivery.
  2. Jewelry, Swimsuit, lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  4. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order.
  5. We do not accept packages returned using C.0.D. service.
  6. If you have received a defective or damaged item, a wrong size or a wrong product please contact us immediately at support@ss4mefashions.com

What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?

  1. If your package was refused or undeliverable we can reship and you will be responsible for the new shipping costs depending on which new shipping method, you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for a $5 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
  2. We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason. Please contact us at support@ss4mefashions.com if you have any questions or concerns.

How long will it take to get my refund?

  1. The refund will be issued within 7 to 15 business days upon the receipt of the products and the condition of the items are verified.

How to return the order?

  1. If you wish to return an item(s) within 30 days, please contact us at support@ss4mefashions.com with your order number, product, your name and the reason for the return.
  2. Our Customer Service team will reply to your email within 24 to 48 business hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
  3. When you have returned an item (s), please send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt at support@ss4mefashions.com
  4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 to 15 business days.

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately by submitting a ticket. Once your package is shipped out, we will not be able to edit the address. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is entered correctly before submitting your order with all information pertaining to your address (apartment #, Building #, Suite# or room #)

I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?

Something Special For Me Fashions, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
